I recently was helped -big time by Rod. I am from out of town and my laptop failed to boot, due to an automatic firmware update. He saw me without an appointment and instantly recognized the issue, fixed it, and had me out the door in five minutes. And was friendly in the doing so. Their colleague Oz was of particular help today in preparing a download of a book I'd recently completed and sent to the publisher. Much relieved when all went well.

CHOICES, Inc works mostly with Rodney and Oz at AK Computer Support and they are responsive, willing and get the job done. I never have anything bad to say about them. For us AK Computer Support is the best in Anchorage. Always working to solve any needs we may have. We have a couple employees working remotely in other states and they are very good at making sure that those employees are taken care of as well.

Alaska Computer Support is amazing. I contacted them after spending hours both myself and on a chat with Microsoft to repair my outlook email account. It turned out to be very complicated but they got it to work and I am so grateful. They are reasonably priced and get the job done. 100% recommend for everyone, even pregnant ladies! I’m just barely 8 month pregnant and had a prenatal/pregnancy massage today with Heather. My appointment was scheduled after a busy quick paced day at work. Heather’s calm demeanor helped reset my pace, making me alot more relaxed and comfortable enough to actually enjoy the massage. Leaving, I could already immediately the relief in my legs, back, and neck as well as my internal stress load. I will 100% be going back, hopefully once or twice more before I give birth as well as after for another massage and some of her other services! Heather and Alaska Message Company are the real deal!! Been looking for a good place to take my electronics and wow did these guys set me and my son up! Took my sons old Frankenstein computer in and they called me back with total upgrade computer with game specs for way under the worth price. Will definitely be taking all my electronics here from now on.

So understanding, knowledgeable, and kind! I went to their store with my computer broken and was terrified because I am a student at UAA and am taking 5 online classes. They looked at my computer and told me it was gone because it had overheated due to not being cleaned. In the most compassionate act imaginable, they gave me a loaner computer so I could do my school work and only asked that I return it once I get a new computer. I couldn't believe it, these people truly are wonderful. They are highly educated in technology and are SO understanding of your situation. I am going to continue to return to them for years to come because of their timeliness, kindness, education in the field, and experience. Best Computer Repair store I've ever gone to by far. PLEASE Pick them over Best Buy who will send your computer off to God knows where for a month and it'll come back more broken than before (this happened to me three times in the past).

Love these guys. They have selected their people extremely well. Worked with a few IT companies over the years. These guys are SOLID. Great communicators, great personalities, patience thru the roof, and VERY responsive.

ACS has been my number one goto for many years. Never once have they let me down and always make time for any “IT Emergencies”. Recently, I had an issue that Geek Squad shrugged and ACS solved within 2 min. Dropping my Geek Squad subscription ASAP. They are also extremely military/veteran friendly. I called a few places to have my tower looked at and when I called Alaska Computer support I knew this was the bread winner. Rodney Duncan (Operations manager) was so quick to help and was super kind as well. I was able to bring it down and had it fixed in no time. Definitely would recommend this place for others.

I put off getting a computer repaired for months because I thought it would be expensive and a pain. I finally called ACS and they were incredibly helpful, had me come by the same day, and found a solution on the spot. It would have been fantastic service for any type of business, but combined with bad past experiences elsewhere the difference between outcome and expectation was so high it made my week. Im sad it closing down, but while it was opened it was nice having some where to shoot without compliants or worries about them. The staff was noce and it was a nice place to go to for someone new to airsoft.

My experiences with Caryl have been fantastic and would recommend her to my closest friends and family! She is an incredibly talented massage therapist and just a great human to have the pleasure of getting to know. From intake to throughout her massage sessions she is constantly seeking her client’s feedback and finding ways to improve the experience. I’ve received a lot of massages over the years, and I’ve never had such a relaxing experience and felt so in tune and grounded with a person. My schedule is fairly demanding and Caryl is also willing to work with me fairly short notice to get me in. For those interested, she is also a certified medical massage practitioner and is constantly looking to improve her professional knowledge. Well what to start with 1st off I'm blessed that we even have an airsoft store in Alaska so thank you guys for even being there for a guy who wanted to get back into air soft after 15 years this was the best place I could have gone !
